Champagne diamonds are light-brown diamonds whose color is created by one of the most common issues found with clear diamonds: too many mineral contaminants. However, with champagne diamonds, the minerals combine in such a way that they create a sparkling brown hue. As a result, champagne diamonds are prized for their “problems” and have a place among fancy colored diamonds. We love champagne. We can use them in many of our designs.
