“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.” – Anaïs Nin
Not that long ago, I stood at a crossroads. Dependent on others for my sense of peace and wellbeing, I realized I had lost who I was. I knew that survival meant reimagining my way of life. I needed a major reset to create a life of my own design. For me, change began at the jeweler’s bench.
As an artist, I have always yearned to express my experiences. It wasn’t until I found myself so deeply unhappy that I realized self expression is such a big part of being seen – by bringing the unseen to light. In many ways, my exploration into modern jewelry mirrored the journey I went on to find myself again. By stripping bare and digging down to the true essence of happiness, creativity, and self-expression, I discovered the form of a life that radiates power in simplicity and strength in clarity. Strong and bold, quietly adorned.
I started by taking the stone out of my engagement ring and created a pendant to remind me of my transformation. Then I cast a set of three rings to keep me grounded in my creativity, personal growth, and connection to self. They are an everyday reminder of the choice I have to create a life that inspires me to keep going.
Modern design is a natural companion to this journey because minimalism allows us to see each element without distraction. This clarity beautifully represents the personal triumph of embracing one’s purpose and truth.
I’m honored to work so closely with my clients to express their vision and commemorate their experiences. Revealing more of who they are and what is important to them. This intimate process of helping people honor themselves and celebrate life on their own terms has transformed my world. The journey awaits. I look forward to sharing it with you.
Gratefully,
