I first heard of Petra Wright and her fabulous reputation through artists we both worked with. They all had nothing but wonderful things to about her and about the GDCA Gallery. We were honored to have Petra share a little about her world of art with us.
As we are both gearing up for Spring 2017 Brewery Artwalk, painter Rikki Niehaus took some time to sit down with me to answer some questions!

Jewelry comes from materials found in the ground and is magically transformed into something you adorn yourself with, express your style with, or have treasured memories. Creating a piece of jewelry requires technical feats of alchemy and metallurgical mastery as well as creativity, and maybe a wave of the wand for good luck.
